Abstract

This article pretends to do a briefly description of the generalities present in the systematization of the academic discourse. Particularly, in the production and publishing process of papers and articles. Analyzing the structure and use of quotes in said works. Putting in evidence the mistakes made and allowed in publications and, though they are often harmless, point out a grey area in the academy that can be exploited to convenience. Taking as reference the polemic cases of Alan Sokal and Juan Manuel Corchado, also with some particular examples and quantitative results. All with the intention of questioning, from Foucault and some studies in philosophy of the language, the righteousness of said academic practices and works
